The staff was discreet and helpful. They ordered cabs at the front desk. My sea view room had a large balcony! The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were changed daily. Breakfast was in a super clean area. The staff was very attentive.

The hotel gym costs extra, though there are many quality machines to choose from.

The receptionists were very friendly. They speak English perfectly. Reception was accommodating and informative on arrival. They were able to provide our room earlier than the normal check-in time. The breakfast staff keeps everything fresh.

The breakfast had a large selection. Plenty of seats were available. The staff was very cute at breakfast. My room was large. The bathroom was also large and very clean.

The room required some updates to the furnishings. The carpet in the bedroom had old stains. The bed was not comfortable. It was like the mattress had metal supports around the edges.

The staff provided really good service and were always available. My room included excellent facilities and a sea view. Reception staff were accommodating and gave me my room before the normal check-in time. The location was perfect for nearby shops, taxis, and buses.

The hotel needs updates to the furnishings, especially the old stained carpet in the bedroom.
